Notes for Yaesu FT-847
The audio cable included with this kit works for FM modes on FT-847, but HF modes either require a homebrew accessory cable or mic based interface cable.
Serial DB9 connection in FT-847 uses null modem pinout. Please leave a note with your order requesting an alternative pinout cable (subject to availability) or use a null modem adapter with the included cable.

This is not the best cable to use for Kenwood TM-D700 as it uses the 1200 audio pin. The MiniDin6 9600-baud Audio/PTT cable is the better choice as it pulls the audio from the 9600 pin. Perhaps moving the keyword for the D700 will help customers.
