Complete set of transceiver side Digirig Mobile cables for FT-8xx series of Yaesu transceivers.
- cables work for FT-100, FT817, FT-857, FT-897, FT-817ND, FT897D, other Yaesu, Kenwood and ICOM transceivers
- one Audio/PTT (MiniDin6) cable and one serial CAT (MiniDin8) cable
- coiled cable keeps things nice and tidy by preventing knots and kinks
- separate and combined cables are about 24″ relaxed, 72″ fully stretched, short cable is around 18″
- shielded and RF choked with ferrite beads on both ends to prevent RFI

MiniDin6 audio/PTT cable is compatible with a wide range of transceivers and can be used alone with all models of Digirig interface.
The use of MiniDin8 serial cable requires Digirig Mobile 1.6+ in logic levels configuration.
Yaesu FT-891: only audio/PTT side of this kit can be used with FT-891. See Digirig DR-891 for full integration option.

I purchased the combined cable and was using with an FT-891. As always, Digirig puts the highest of quality into their products. This worked well. My only complaint is that I don’t love the coiled cords in these applications. To me, they add bulk when stowed and take away from needed length in some applications.
