This cable is compatible with Digirig Mobile 1.6+ (any configuration) as well as other Digirig Models.
When using with Digirig Mobile plug 3.5mm TRRS jack into black socket labeled “audio”.

• cable works with uSDX, (tr)uSDX transceivers using separate 3.5mm TRS connectors for mic+PTT and headphones
• connect straight black jack into Digirig’s audio socket, red jack into radio’s mic socket and green jack into the headphones socket
• data cable allows digital modes and packet radio protocols as FT8, FT4, SSTV, APRS, Echolink, Allstar etc
• great for working satellites (e.g. APRS and SSTV)
• data cable combines audio and PTT control, plugs into Digirig’s audio socket
• shielded and RF choked with ferrite beads on both ends to prevent RFI

Do not use with the HamGeek uSDX transceiver pictured below. The audio output in this radio is driven by a bridged amplifier (BTL) with differential lines wired to tip and ring of the headphones’ socket (non-standard). The current variant of this cable connects tip and ring of the jack (normal for mono) which in this case causes an amp overload with the possibility of the damage.
